Jennifer Negron, Discovery Attorney, BakerHostetler

Jennifer Negron is a skilled Discovery Attorney at BakerHostetler’s New York City office, part of the E-Discovery Advocacy and Management team (EDAM). Jennifer has 14 years of experience and is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist. Jennifer excels in managing off-site vendor-assisted document review and litigation support teams. She is adept at creating comprehensive E-Discovery workflows, from processing to production, across various legal topics, ensuring efficient and effective handling of complex legal matters.

Csilla Boga-Lofaro, Associate, BakerHostetler

Csilla has extensive experience handling large-scale discovery, managing projects and workflows in complex commercial litigations, class actions and regulatory inquiries.

Csilla has been designated as a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. She is co-author of the article “Court Guideposts for the Path to Technology Assisted Review (TAR) Adoption” that has been included in the PLI Course Handbook Series of Electronic Discovery since 2018.

William Wallace Belt, Managing Director, Complete Discovery Source

Bill has 25 years of experience as a partner, shareholder, and board member of AmLaw 200 law firms, including Williams Mullen where he built one of the first law firm E-Discovery practices. His extensive experience as a trial lawyer, including trying to verdict over 20 jury trials, and his deep experience in legal technology including law firm teams, a “Big Four” consulting firm, and technology providers gives Bill’s clients access to a perspective built upon broad and unique experience, and a deep understanding of his clients’ business and legal technology needs and strategies.

For the last 10 years Bill has participated in and now runs a Corporate-Only Roundtable where corporate E-Discovery teams, judges and industry experts have met to share experiences and discuss emerging challenges and solutions in E-Discovery, Data Privacy and Compliance, that combine technological and legal solutions. He has led managed review teams at both law firms and service providers. His team at Deloitte was selected as a Top 3 managed review provider by the New York and Washington, D.C. Law Journals.

Bill started his career as a trial lawyer and his team’s defense verdict in EMF/mobile phone litigation was selected as a Top 10 Defense Verdict by the National Law Journal. Bill was also recognized by the American Bar Association for his work on the Exxon Valdez litigation. Bill is licensed in CA and VA.

Dorian Ortiz, Litigation Support Senior Analyst, BakerHostetler

Born in the Dominican Republic, Dorian has provided excellent customer experience and has worked passionately as a litigation support analyst for over a decade. Dorian has a bachelor’s degree in technical management from DeVry University NY and an associate degree in computer programming and information technology from ASA college NY. Dorian has also worked as an English as foreign language Teacher for 10 years in the Dominican Republic.

Joe Martinez, Director of Forensics & Technology, Complete Legal

Joe Martinez is a veteran of the United States Army, a former Counterintelligence Special Agent, and has for almost 20 years provided end-to-end services to corporate customers and government entities in the realms of digital forensics, compliance, electronic discovery, and risk management.

Mr. Martinez joined the team at Complete Legal (formerly L2 Services) to provide clients with technical guidance and counsel in the areas of Information Governance, E-Discovery, Digital Forensics. Corporate and Government Compliance, Security Best Practices, Risk Assurance and Mitigation, and the use of Analytics and AI in the legal sphere.
