Eric is passionate about leveraging relevant data and tech across eDiscovery\, data privacy and compliance programs. \nTracy Bordignon\, Director\, Information Governance\, Privacy and Security\, FTI Consulting \nTracy Bordignon is a Director with FTI’s Information Governance\, Privacy and Security (IGP&S) practice in the Technology segment. She has nine years of experience consulting to corporate and law firm clients with a focus on leveraging technology to develop and improve e-discovery and information governance practices. Tracy has worked with high-profile clients in a wide array of industries\, including healthcare\, pharmaceutical\, media broadcasting\, gaming\, petroleum\, food\, finance\, manufacturing and technology. Tracy consults clients regarding information governance and data privacy issues including holistic privacy assessments\, data remediation\, California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA)\, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)\, merger integration and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR). She has successfully managed dozens of domestic and international e-discovery reviews for high profile mergers\, litigations and internal investigations. Tracy has substantial experience handling data related to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Personally identifiable information (PII). Tracy has assisted with deposition/interview preparation and identifying key documents within large data sets using analytics.
